Terms and Conditions

Here at Toothbrush Travels we’re dedicated to offering our customers the highest level of customer service possible. But as with anything, there are terms and conditions set up so that each party knows what to expect, and you can read ours below!

Payment / Refunds / Exchanges:
I accept payment via credit / debit card and PayPal.
Orders are shipped as stated below once payment has been received. If payment is not received within 48 hours of making the order I reserve the right to cancel that order.

Returns & Cancellation Policy:
In the unfortunate event that your product reaches you and is damaged or faulty please inform us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement. Please note that we cannot take any action on an order until the goods have been returned to us for inspection. Once the goods have been received a thorough assessment will take place and Toothbrush Travels will then deem whether the return is warranted or not. If you’re returning your product for any other reason you are entitled to a full refund if the item is returned in its original condition within 14 days under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Act. Please note shipping costs are excluded and failure to inform Toothbrush Travels of a problem within 24 hours of receiving the goods will mean that the order is deemed as having been checked and accepted.

If you need to cancel an order you should contact Toothbrush Travels immediately as orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been dispatched.

If for any reason your product/products delivered do not match your order please contact us via email (info@toothbrushtravels.com) with your sales order number, the name the order was placed under and the details of the problem outlined so that we can arrange the next steps in rectifying this.

Delivery:
Orders are shipped within one to three business days. Lightweight goods will not be posted with a tracking number due to this making postage more expensive. If you require a tracking number or would like priority shipping please get in contact and we can add this on to your purchase. Delivery times can vary depending on the country you are having your products shipped too, so please take this into consideration when making your purchase.

All products will be shipped to the address that is listed as your shipping address.
Please ensure your delivery details are up to date before placing your order, as any product that is misdelivered will be re-shipped at the expense of the customer.

Please note that once your order has been shipped we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged goods as a result of failure on the part of any courier or delivery service used to deliver your order, nor can we accept any consequential loss incurred by the customer by any action or inaction on the part of any agent acting on behalf of Toothbrush Travels.

Payment:
All products ordered are to be paid for at the point of purchase.
If invoice terms are agreed with the customer and the balance is not met within the stated payment terms, interest will be charged as per the Consumer Credit Act 1974.

Purchase of a product does not entitle the buyer to reproduce the artwork or product in any way. Ownership and Copyright remains the property of Toothbrush Travels.
