Privacy Policy

Here at Toothbrush Travels we appreciate how important protecting your privacy is on the internet, and we are committed to protecting the privacy of those who visit and use our website, and you; our customer. We will never disclose information about our customers to third parties, except where needed (for example; arranging a delivery with a courier) where we have your express permission to do so, or where it is required by law.

Here at Toothbrush Travels we collect a certain amount of personal information from you when you place an order or register for our mailing list. By placing an order or registering, you consent to us collecting this personal data. If you have placed an order with us the information we hold will include your name, email address, phone number, and your shipping and billing addresses for the purposes of processing and fulfilling your order. We do not store any card details.

We use PayPal to process credit and debit card payments, and we do not have access to those details once payment has been processed. Your telephone number is requested for us to easily contact you with any questions regarding your order and if your order is sent out via a courier service, your address and phone number will be shared with that company to ensure that they know where to deliver your order and can contact you in the event of any queries regarding your delivery.

If you have made an order with us previously we may occasionally send you information to update you on new products, news, or special offers we may be having.  You can also select to receive these communications from us by signing up to our newsletter.

You have the option to opt-out of our email marketing at any time; all you need to do is click the “unsubscribe” link in any email newsletter we have sent you, or alternatively you can pop an email over to and we’ll ensure that this is removed for you. But we hope that we don’t have to and you stick around! We’re not spam fans (the meat or any other kind) so you’ll only receive emails once a month at most! Please note that removing yourself from our mailing list will not stop communications regarding your order – that’s something we most definitely want to keep you updated on!

On the odd occasion, Toothbrush Travels may occasionally link to third party websites. Please note that if you click through to one of these websites they will have their own terms and conditions of use and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies, privacy or otherwise. As always when using the internet – we encourage you to check the privacy policy of any (and all) third party sites before any personal information is submitted to them.

Our site uses cookies. Unfortunately, they’re not the ‘gooey in the middle delicious’ kind, but the ‘small information files’ kind. These small information files are sent to us by your computer (or other device) which we can access when you use our site in the future. There are three types of cookies:

Chocolate Chip Website functionality cookies:
These cookies enable you to browse the website and use features on our website (such as our shopping cart). These are the kind of cookies which enable our site to load faster for you and remember what you popped in your basket. We use various types of functionality cookies to try and make your shopping experience as streamlined as possible.  These cookies are essential to your shopping experience on our website.

White Chocolate & Raspberry Website analytics cookies:
These cookies are used to analyse and measure how our customers (you!) are using our website. The information collected is anonymous, and we track this information as it enables us to continuously improve our website as we strive to make your experience here as pleasant as possible!

Oat and Raisin Customer preference cookies:
Our website will remember preferences you make when you browse or shop online. The information stored for this includes your name/language/location and is collected to make your browsing experience easier, simpler and more personal to you.

Toothbrush Travels is the data controller for the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like to access the information we hold about you, then please email with “Information Request [Your Name]” as the subject line. For security reasons, you may be asked to verify your identity, and there may be a charge for this to cover the cost of our time.

We absolutely love hearing from our customers whether it’s positive feedback or a negative complaint (though we aim to keep the latter to a minimum!) so if you’d like to get in touch with us you can do so by emailing us at: or you can write to us at: Amy: Office 121, 26 The Hornet, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 7BB.
