Guilt Free Burgers

Certain things in life are made for sharing.
Compliments, cuddles, dad jokes… and this recipe.
For you see not only is this recipe low in sugar, but with only 2.7 grams of fat and 136 calories (per patty), it practically begs you to eat it.
To make 6 burger patties, you will need:
500g minced chicken
1/2 onion
2 teaspoons chilli paste (If you don’t like spice you can skip this ingredient).
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 1/2 teaspoon cumin.

Chop the onion then throw it in a mixing bowl with the chicken.
Sprinkle over the cinnamon and cumin then pop the chilli paste on top.
Mix all of the ingredients together until the chilli paste is spread evenly through the mixture.
Roll into 6 balls then shape into patties.
Heat up your pan and pop them in.

You can be as good or as naughty as you like with this and it’ll still taste dang delicious.
I’m a massive fan of chicken salad so I popped a little lettuce, coriander and cucumber in mine, bringing it to a total of 350 calories.
